What is the delivery time of my order?

How do I receive a Karma Mama gift card?
Our gift cards are digital, and you will receive them directly in your inbox after completing your order.
Can I return my product?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return.
Please send us a return request by email to hello@karma-mama.com stating your order number and reason for return. The products must be unopened and in the original packaging. If the returned products have been opened or appear to have been used, we reserve the right not to refund the products. The shipping costs for returning products are for your own account.
